The Forum Program Committee
The Forum Program Committee is responsible for planning the annual Forum educational program presented at the AMA Interim Meeting. The Committee meets regularly via teleconference to discuss the development of the program. The 2012 Program Committee is chaired by Gary Woods, MD.
The Forum will present its next educational program on Sunday, November 11, 2012 in Honolulu, HI. Further details including the topic and committed speakers will be forthcoming as the Program Committee plans the program.

The Forum Executive Committee
The Forum Executive Committee will next meet on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. A copy of the agenda and related materials for this meeting will be e-mailed to all Executive Committee members in advance of the meeting.
